Crystal Industrial Syndicate Pvt. Limited, incorporated in the year 1991, is an ISO 9001 : 2000, ISO 14001 : 2004, OHSAS 18001 : 2007 Company and was started by two graduate engineers with the objective of serving the Indian Industry with products like Steam Jet Ejectors & Wet Scrubbing Systems.
Over the years Crystal has grown steadily into a dynamic organization meeting diverse customer requirements through consistent quality and timely delivery in the field of design, manufacture and commissioning of customized products for Oil & Gas refinery, petrochemical and oil process industry.

Crystal later diversified into design, fabrication, and commissioning of equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, plant pressure piping for various chemical, petrochemical, fertilizer and other process industries.
Crystal has also specialized in design and fabrication of various intricate and complex equipment, components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies, of cast, forged, welded, machined construction for Indian Defence and Nuclear Sector.
Since the last 12 years Crystal has mastered the technology of carrying out Corrosion Resistance Weld Overlay of SS , Monel, Inconel 625, Incoloy 825, Hastelloy B3, Hastelloy C-276, Hastelloy C-2000 and hard facing overlay on inside surfaces of pipes, elbows, tees, flanges, including fabrication and welding of Cladded Vessels involving these materials.
Crystal has about 100 engineers and manufacturing facility of 3500 m², to cater to fabrication of heavy, large-dimensioned and precision-engineering equipment.
With a full-fledged Design department, Crystal has the capability to carry out design and engineering of various types of equipment like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, structurals, along with rigorous analysis as per ASME SEC.VIII DIV. 1 & 2 ,TEMA Standard.
Crystal uses advanced software like PV-Elite, I-DEAS, Pro-Engineer, ANSYS, CEASAR II , AutoCAD for engineering and drawing activities. We also use the latest Video Conferencing Technology to interface between various departments and to communicate with our clients.

Crystal is the first company in India to have Designed and Fabricated Special Purpose Injection Quills for Reliance Industries Limited for their Jamnagar Export Refinery Project, which normally have been supplied by Vendors from outside India.
Crystal has supplied more than 1000 units of Injection quills and Access fittings and retrievable tool with service valves to clients around the world constructed out of materials like CS, SS, Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel, Copper, Duplex SS etc.
